We have 1 ha of Petit Chablis divided in two parcels at the top of the hillsides . Petit Chablis is a fresh and light wine, with aromas of fruits and flowers. You can also find mierality due to its very stony soil. Wine to drink on its youth.
We have 15 ha of Chablis spread over the village of Milly and Fleys. It is located on the north and northeast facing slopes. Chablis has a fresh and lively nose with a beautiful structure, a frank attack and a good persistence. It is drunk on youth and can be kept for a few years.

Cette cuvée est issue de 2 vignes plantées en 2012. Un élevage particulier sur lies fines et d'une durée de 18 mois a permis de développer un très joli bouquet ainsi qu'une belle élégance en bouche.

Ce vin est issu d'une selection de vieilles vignes de Côte de Lechet. Les vignes ont été plantés en 1969, l'année de naissance de Jean-Luc Fourrey. Nous utilisons une ancienne méthode de vinification pour cette cuvée car elle est faite dans une amphore en Grès, cette technique permet de garder la typicité et la fraicheur du Chardonnay.
